Past Projects

Sagemill Construction has completed several interior buildouts for Dunkin' Donuts in OKC, The Village, Moore, Norman, and Midwest City.  

Sagemill Construction completed a ground-up Schlotzsky's in October 2017 in Shawnee, OK.  The Norman location interior build-out on Alameda was completed in mid-2018.  Schlotzsky's opened in Yukon in August 2019.  Schlotzsky's is building a new location in Moore behind the old one and is due to open early 2024.

Sagemill began their stint in restaurant construction with the Dairy Queen store on 145th and Penn.  Other locations include Norman and Yukon.

Homeland, Cash Saver, and United Supermarket stores have had some exciting changes going on to better serve their customers.  Check out the latest interior remodeling update at 9225 N May Ave in OKC.
